Shipping Information

Cocoa & Craft currently ships within the United States only. Because chocolate is sensitive to temperature, we take extra precautions to ensure it arrives fresh and delicious.

  • Carrier & Speed: Orders ship via USPS—we use 2‑Day Air service whenever possible.
  • Processing Time: Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package ships.
  • Warm Weather Packaging: When the forecast at the destination exceeds 75 °F, we include ice packs and thermal insulation. Extremely hot weather may prompt us to ship on the next cooler day.
  • Cold Weather Protection: If the temperature drops below 40 °F, we add insulation to prevent freezing or condensation.
  • Possible Delays: Federal holidays, severe weather, or remote locations can add transit time. We appreciate your patience.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns of new, unopened products—defective or non‑defective—within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return Method: Mail the item back to us using any trackable service. Customers cover return shipping unless the product was damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival.
  • No Restocking Fees: We don’t charge restocking fees.
  • Exchanges: Want a different flavor? We’re happy to exchange—just contact us within the 7‑day window.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return and are credited to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack your item securely and include your order details inside.
  4. Ship the package and keep the tracking number for your records.
